Charities

£80 per hour (plus VAT)

All other organisations

£120 per hour (plus VAT)

  • Yes. If you’re not sure what the project should look like, we’ll scope it together.
    You don’t need to arrive with a perfect brief… that’s part of the work.

  • Often, yes.
    Some projects are predictable enough for a fixed fee.
    Others are better on an hourly basis.
    We’ll decide together once I understand the scope.

  • It depends on the size and complexity.
    A handbook update might take a few hours.
    A full audit or recruitment process might take longer.
    You’ll always get a clear estimate before we start.

  • Yes — and I offer a reduced rate of £80/hr for registered charities.

  • Most likely.
    If it’s HR, people, or operational work and it needs doing properly it probably fits.
    Just ask.

  • No.
    Most project work can be done remotely, with calls, documents and updates shared online.
    If you prefer in‑person sessions, we can discuss that too.

  • Easy.
    You can move into People Partner (retained support) at any time.
    Project Work doesn’t lock you in, it just gets the thing done.
