The “Nice Boss Problem”.

The Nice Boss Problem.

Being a nice boss isn’t the problem. Avoiding the awkward stuff because you’re trying to be nice often is.

Maybe you let things slide because you don’t want to upset someone.

Maybe you soften the message so much that nobody really knows what you meant.

Maybe you keep giving people another chance, then another one, until you’re quietly getting more and more annoyed.

Or perhaps you know a conversation needs to happen, but you keep putting it off because you’re not quite sure how to have it without sounding like a complete arse.

That’s the Nice Boss Problem.

I’m currently exploring a new session for business owners and managers who want to handle difficult conversations earlier and with a bit more confidence, without turning into someone they’re not.

I haven’t built the whole thing yet… and that’s deliberate.

Before I disappear down a rabbit hole creating something nobody actually wants, I want to find out whether this is a problem people genuinely want help with.

If this sounds familiar, pop your details below.

I’ll let you know what I decide to create and give you first dibs on any pilot session I run.

And just to be really clear - registering your interest commits you to absolutely nothing.

You’re not agreeing to buy anything, attend anything or hand over your first-born child.

If I send you the details later and you think, “Nah, not for me”, that’s completely fine.

Register your interest…
