How it works

  1. Onboarding session and light touch HR audit

  2. Set up your rolling HR plan and priorities.

  3. Monthly on-site visit to work through actions

  4. Email support between visits for queries

  5. Optional add ons for projects, training or more complex work.

Client Responsibilities

To make this partnership work, you:

  • Send updates on ongoing issues.

  • Attend our monthly HR sessions.

  • Follow agreed processes.

  • Implement actions between visits.

This is a collaboration - not a handoff.

Pricing

  • £650 + VAT per month (half day session)

  • Monthly direct debit

  • Minimum 3 month term

  • Not exactly. I’m your HR partner - strategic, proactive and focused on the bigger picture. I don’t replace admin or operational roles, but I do give you the HR function you don’t currently have.

  • I review and refine key documents as part of the retainer.
    Full bespoke drafting (like a brand‑new handbook) is a separately scoped project.

  • Typically 5–50 employees - the stage where HR becomes too big to wing, but not big enough for a full in‑house team.

  • There’s a 3‑month minimum, then it rolls monthly. HR needs consistency, not one‑off fixes.

  • We start with a practical HR audit, set up your rolling HR plan and book your monthly visits. You’ll feel organised within the first week.
