  • Nope. This is a one‑off problem‑solving session.
    If you want ongoing support, we can talk about retainers or a mini‑project afterwards. HR Unblocked is designed to be fast, focused and self‑contained.

  • Pretty much any real‑world HR challenge, including:

    If it’s HR‑shaped, we can tackle it.

    If you want me to create documents (policies, templates, contracts), I can do that as an add‑on.

    Templates/guides are £75 + VAT, customised policies are £150 + VAT, and customised contracts are £250 + VAT.
    You’ll only pay for what you actually need.

  • Most HR situations feel urgent and I get that.
    You’ll get your written action plan the same day, and we’ll move quickly.
    If it’s truly on‑fire urgent, email me and I’ll do my best to get you booked in ASAP.

  • I give best‑practice HR guidance, grounded in UK employment law but I’m not a solicitor and I don’t provide legal representation.
    If you need a lawyer, I’ll tell you.
